Can Herpes Go Away That's All I Want To Know

Review: Winter's Bone

Rafael Bargiela .
Ree Dolly, the eldest of a family located in a hidden spot on the American plaza, take care of younger siblings at the same time dealing with his mother, mentally ill. The absence of his father, missing for weeks, causing the visit of the sheriff, who told they will lose their home if his father does not return.

Independent cinema has always been an interesting source of experimentation for filmmakers and also a form of renewal and fresh contribution in the crowded industry, full of repeated blockbusters, laughs easily and forced blockbuster . But in recent years saw a boom especially gender, in part by the lack of creativity for major projects, partly because of the high quality of this film, which also recently has a more than remarkable in the awards, especially Oscar. Among the 2011 participants, we found this obscure mix of genres, with multiple nominations.

In those places where misery is breathable, where the harsh winter freezes the bones, and the frozen forest forms a perfect ecosystem for only a few wretched form a partnership based on manufactured homes, there in the America's most harassed, is where this story unfolds. This murky population of families related to each other, engage in more questionable, dangerous and organized by criteria, hides the darkest secrets of the plot. Uncertainty invades the viewer while the chill. The script allows you a few questions, the protagonist is forced to the forbidden ground, and talk about things that are not his concern. Gradually we realize how bad it can finish the case.

Through this intricate setting with no explanation we caught in the harsh reality of family drama Ree Dolly, fantastically played by Jennifer Lawrence . We feel the magnetism that causes the intervention of a great actor to see the character she plays John Hawkes (the Jewish "Deadwood"), able to convey fear at the beginning, and tenderness at the end. The rest of the cast is an assortment of rough characters, ready for everything, impossible to tame, a few words, and obedient lackeys of their leader to achieve the goal of a successful overall sense of insecurity.

The strength of this drive family survival film is amazing. The indie film presents this long a tough candidate who will surely be forgotten not win anything, but it would still be highly recommended.
