Well, until the mass capo accept my proposal for the survey I have to choose me, so I'm staying with ... "drum roll" Ivory Coast! The most recent African conflicts occur in a country where people say they are more than enough of war. Those of you with long memories will recall that until 2007 the country was plunged into civil war which began about five years before an attempted coup that divided the country into two. The conflict ended with the union of the two sides to form the government of the country.

Now the country is very close to start another civil war, is the reason? As the usual, power. Laurent Gbagbo, the current president (do not know if elected, in office or a joke), and Alassane Ouattara , vie for the presidency after elections in November 2010 where the accusations of fraud and rigging flew from one side to another.
